Default crankshaft questions

hi everyone, i was wondering if i can use a 2.4 (stratus, caravan) crankshaft on 2.0 block making some customs rods?? using the same pistons?

I would not think so, as the blocks are different. I haven't had a 2.0 and 2.4 crankshaft side by side to compare either though. Maybe go to a parts store and compare.

kinda on the same subject... 2.4 head fit the 2.0 block? what about internals..thanks in advance

Heads are the same, internals are not.

thaaaank you much thats what i figured wouldnt it change compression due to the difference in the size of the combustion chambers..one being a 2.4 and the other being a 2.0?

guys i found a 2.4 engine, complete, heheh, i need to do sumthing for take out the balanced shaft, i can removed without any problem?

not sure on these motors most the time though yes i removed the balance shafts on my sohc 4g63 in my 88 mighty max and havent had a problem at all maybe a little shakier than stock thats about it

well if u say so, maybe i can be the same, these engine use if for run smoothly, cuz got a long stroke, fue that shake can destroy the engine?

i dont think the shake could hurt the engine..or atleast i wouldnt think so
