Default #3 Cylinder Misfiring.

I have a 1999 Neon (2.0L, SOHC). As I was leaving work today it started shimmying as I started it up. It stopped when I was driving, and started again briefly at a stoplight. I brought it down to a local garage to make an appointment. They hooked up their machine. I was told that the #3 cylinder was misfiring. I told the mechanic that I replaced the sparkplugs about a month ago. They were Autolite Double Platinum. I know, I just read on this site not to waste money on the platinum sparkplugs, but I didn't know it at the time. If it's not the sparkplugs, I was wondering what it may be? The mechanic told me that it will need a tune up.

Pull the plug and have a look at it. If it appears to be ok, swap the spark plug wire with another and see if the cylinder misfire changes.
