ok so i was looking under the hood of my neon and have noticed a ground wire is not connect i looked around the internet no luck so my question is does anyone know where it connects facing the car it connects on the rear left under the ridge of the hood thanks in advance for any help

how did it just magically come loose? who worked on it last?

I'm sure it goes to something metal.

 

the cable connects to the strut mount or the back of the head if it is the cable i am thinking of
