My 1999 neon has a problem the p0171 code comes up stating that a lean condition has been detected in bank 1, ok so I checked the voltage/resistance for the 02 sensors and they are in specs, I am thinking that it may be the MAP sensor causing the problem, I need this fixed because it won't pass emissions!
