Default Rough Starting... Any ideas?

1st gen is really rough starting since fuel pump and filter replacement. I bought a multitester to check function of injectors but not sure what the expectations are. Anyone have words of wisdom as what the reading should be on them? Also, I'm just kind of guessing on what all could be causing the problem. Engine codes comfirm it is running lean. I have checked fuel pump relay, replaced pump and filter, and now going to check injectors... What else could be causing this problem?

Thats what I was thinking. Either clogged or just outright not functioning. Whats the best way to check that?

I think unbolting the fuel rail, unplug all the injector electrial connections and one by one try to start the car with one injector pluged in at a time. observe the volume of spray and the spray pattern. On another not make sure that you do not lose the O rings in the manifold.

Check EGR valve by disconnecting vacuum line to it and plugging line. If car runs better replace EGR valve.
