Default check engine light question

iv got a 96 neon sohc mxt. ive done a axt TB upgrade, my question is this; will doing this make the check engine light come one with a code for fuel mixture is to lean? i understand that increasing the TB size adds more air to the mix, but would it be the cause of this trouble code? because if so im just going to ignore it :P, i added the tb to add more air.

ne help is much appriciated. thanks.

unhook the battery for 1 minute then reconnect, the ECU should re-learn the new values. either that or the TPS sensor is bad?

so if the code then keeps comming back maybe try swaping the other TB back on or swaping the TPS sensor.
