i just got a 1998 dodge neon sedan im 20 this is my first car my dad found it and this thing was clean as a whistle not a spec of rust on it it came with sunroof, alarm system, power windows and locks its got a starter kit for the winter 3 sped and only 130kms on it $1200 but $1380 with tax paid 500 as my bank account lets me take that much out and dad paid rest so im paying him back

but anyways the laquer is peeling on it and i dont kno what to do its maroon colour car

and when i press the cruise controll button the light doesnt come on??

 

not a bad price and will be a good car.. is it dohc or sohc? also you cruise control problem could just be a fuse check that first then check the button. as for the paint they all do the either get it repainted or look like the rest of us lol

 

dohc or sohc??? what do u mean by that?? and im not gonna bother with a repaint im gonna vacuum it out tomorrow and clean the windows and get some pictures and i think ill get dad to help me wash it on sunday and give it a lil wax job

she drives well tho shifts perfectlly dad and i looked at the fuse panel and we didnt see the cruise control one

the engine is SOHC 2.0L and i looked at the fueses but i still couldnt find the cruise control one or would it be inside the wheel??

 

There is no light for the CC.
