Go to Autozone and borrow the Chrysler Harmonic Balancer remover tool. Use the longest rod in the box and add to it a 1/2 - 3/4 inch piece of metal that fits up inside the hole of the puller (cut a bolt if you have nothing else) to give you the extra length you need to easily remove it. You will get your money back when you return the tool.

Yes, I can't even imagine removing that pully without the proper tool
