will an eclipse gs-t engine fit in a 96 neon

 

With enough $$$ a Jet engine will fit
so YES!!!



otherwise.....No IMHO!

Neon=Timing belt on RIGHT side
Eclipse=Timing belt on LEFT side
I'm sure they can do it on TV..... real world....NO!!!

 

Oh it will work but your better off saving your money.....I was goin to do it and after all was said and done it was going to cost 9000 dollars to convert it... if you do it yourself it would be cheaper of course but there are a lot of iffies involved to mess w/ it .......there are some neons w/ 4G63ts in em out there but no better then a turbo'd built neon... However an SRT4 motor will work in a NEON...
