i have a 95 neon i just got a new cluster with tac now i know the tac wire is grey/lt blu i found the wire but i dont know where it go on the cluster j1 or j2 and what pin need help if any one has the service manual all i have is HAYNES REPAIR MANUAL thamks for all the help

 

nevermind i found it pin 7 on j2 since i hace no airbag i use that wire and hooked up to gry/lt blu thanks for all the help

 

The cluster is plug and play, you don't have to do anything but swap them

 

But some 95's don't have the wire in the harness from the factory. Others have the wire at the cluster, but it's not connected at the PCM connector. Always a good thing to check on a '95...
