Unhappy 99 neon wont start

hi im jimmy
i have a 99 neon i had timing belt changed 6mths ago and it ran great 4weeks ago it died and wont start again ive changed fuel pump, cam shaft senor, coil, battery, starter and the asd relay. The car turns over like it wants to start but doesnt. there is fuel coming so i know its not anything to deal with fuel today i pulled the wires and checked to see if there was any spark which i got nun at all from any of the 4 wires. so i thought i just got a bad coil took it back to autozone and got a new one put it on and it still wont start. so a neighbour check the wires powering the coil and there is no power to run the coil can any1 plzzzz help why is there no power runing to my coils and could this be the reason my car wont start or could it be my timing belt agian

Have you checked for spark?

Have you swapped out the pcm with a known working unit?

PS- You may want to invest in factory service manual after this. Consult ebay.
