nno fuel in the lines but i hear it hum
has anone ever heard of being able to hear the fuel pump but it not be pumping
^^^^^dumb question of frustration redid pump again tested it before i put it in

Swap the fuel pump relay and the horn relay in the PDC.
Also do this with the ASD relay, and the horn relay.
Using the horn is a good way to check for a failed relay.
Also visually inspect the engine harness. Make sure every ground is secure, and cannot be moved by hand.
