Can you buy a new board anywhere for these? It is the issue and I can't fix it myself with the soder iron. Or a used cluster? only two on ebay.

 

what is wrong with it that you can not fix it with the solder? I think myself I would just buy a new cluster if i could not solder it. and you can swap out the odometer

 

I google'd and can 't find any new ones. I found a used one on ebay. I have poor vision that's why.

Sorry about your visiion issues. But if you search an online junkyard engine (such as: http://www.car-part.com), you can find a bunch of them.

BTW, you need to keep all issues on a particular issue on a single thread (in your case, you have two threads both talking about your IC, and you only need one). It helps others keep track of who has suggested what and when, and if you break it into multiple threads, it gets harder to see the history.
