Lots of issues
I am the 2nd owner of a 1995 Neon (my reg. says plymouth if that makes a difference). I bought it used from a car lot about 4 or 5 years a go, it's my first car and has been a great car, but im starting to have alot of issues happen at once with it.
1. Everytime i turn, go over a bump my car makes this squeaky sound. the best way i can describe it is, it's like there is a little bird in my car or something
2. anytime there is a strong wind or i am driving at highway speeds my i can hear the wind in my car and it sounds as if my windows are rolled down even if they are up.
3. if i am sitting at a red light my car will (randomly) idle super rough and makes a really weird noise (i can't think of how to describe it.
4. my radio doesn't work. at all. it acts as if there are no stations anywhere around me. It doesn't even stop to pick up static itll just go through the numbers over and over until i stop it.
That's all i can think of right now, ill update if i can think of any other ones.

2 yes, a lot of cars have the wind noise. Sometimes it helps to remove door panel and re-adjust the window. but it's never 100%
3 maybe a vaccume leak?
4 check antenna connections.

1 could be anything from control arm bushings to sway bar links get yor head under there and have a buddy bounce it to try and pinpoint the source of the squeak.
2 1st genniyes without full framed windows sufferd from wind noise, sometimes u build pressure in the cab that it pushes out the tops of the glass a little, maybe worn weatherstrip?
3 check for carbon buildub behind the throttle plate, a little ridge of carbon here will block off ithe idle air and make the IAC work extra to try and idle, or vacum leak
4 antenna connection if thats good the radios pooched, ask for a nice pioneer or something for x-mas
