Default Cam seal leak help

95 Neon SOHC

I recently used dye to detect an oil leak around the cam seal.
I replaced the cam seal (which was spinning losely around the pulley) with no issuess, as well as the timing belt.

Guess what? It's leaking again! Not as bad however. I can see the new seal is still in the head by prying back the timing belt cover ever-so-slightly.

Any hints/trick/gotcha's about replacing these cam seals?

Could it be leaking from anywhere else? The leak is definitely on the passenger side (front of engine) behind/around the timing belt cover and dripping down fairly quickly.

Thanks for your help.

I am searching online to find a "cam seal retainer".
Maybe that will help eh? (Part# 5016733AA)
