I installed a tach in me 1995 SOHC neon i got from a guy. He took it out of a truck because he didnt like the big 5inch racing tachs. Anyway I got the tach hooked up and it worked. I turned the **** to set the shift light now every time i cut the key on and start the car it goes up to the shift point and thats it. Any ideas its a autometer autogage

probably got something to do with when you set the shift points as it started doing this after that
need model number as ther are about 5 autometer autogague tachs.
does it have memory and/or playback?

no just a **** to set the shift point it was working when i hooked it up then i turned the **** while the car was running
