Do the dodge key dance - turn key to on position then off and repeat three times quickly. Then watch the check engine light begin blinking. Each error code given will be two digits in length with pauses between each number - so blink blink blink pause blink blink pause is error code 32. Ignore error codes 12 (battery has been disconnected in last 50 cycles) and 55 (end of error codes).

Everything else, write it down and then you can refer to one of the sticky links to see what they mean, or post them here and we will tell you.

As for a wiring diagram, you can get one either by purchasing a Haynes Manual $25.00 or a Field Service Manual - somewhere between $30 to $100 depending on where you get one.
