ok so i just bought this 96 neon and the stereo just stopped working after i changed the battery i checked all the fuses all good checked the stereo in another car still works has anyone had this problem before and how do i fix it

 

check the cigar fuse and the ground on the back of the radio.

 

cigar lighter still works ground wire is still good
