stops turned "foggy"
Hi there,
just came across the forum and thought I could ask some other Neon users for the advice. I drive the 2004 Dodge Neon SE, same as the model presented in the pic:http://www.cartrucktrader.com/ad/for...004-Dodge-Neon It's not new, but it was working OK till yesterday, when I noticed that the stops have turned "foggy", as if there was some mist under the shield. Can I fix it myself, or the mechanic is necessary? Anybody had similar problem?

Sounds like a coolent leak which could indicate a blown head gasket, or it could just be a bad hose/clamp.
It could also be a R-134a leak that only manifests when the AC is on and/or when you have the switch set to defog (which kicks on the AC too).
What is your skill level for checking things out?
