Ok there is this weird hissing noise that you can hear when standing infront of my car, when it's running. If you pop the hood it gets louder, and if you walk around to the rear of the car you can't hear it at all. If I am driving in town, near curbs the sound gets louder. Sometimes when accelerating it sounds like a light chugging noise. I was thinking that it is and air leak on the intake manifold, but couldn't find any. I was wondering if there were any common trouble spots for air leaks. Thanks for the Help.

 

check and see if your air inlet tube is racked at the seam, mine was and gave me a problem that was similar to yours, a small leak makes a big noise.
