Default oxygen sensor or some vaccum hose problem ? Stalling when very little throttle applie

Neon 97 model, after a month and a half of not driving it has started to give troubles.

I just had my first few stalls while idling. It stops when accelerator pedal is pressed just a bit but when fully released car at full stop does not turn off. It turns off when in gear, when in neutral at that critical Accelerator pedal position (just tapping it a bit) .

I have had check engine light on few times and error code on the key dance was 21,11 i believe something about oxygen sensor i think.

Any ideas what has gone wrong ? Does it need a new oxgen sensor or is there some hole/broken hose ? How much cost am i looking at to mend the car. Since I stalled 3 times while trying to parallel park and at red lights if i left my foot on the gas pedal . Car has a strange shake when no gas is applied is idling as if it is trying to stop/die.

Any help/ideas would be great.
thanks

21 is a o2 sensor and that could possibly be causing a stall. But code 11 is for the timing belt skipping a tooth which could pose a problem as well. If you can, take it to an Autozone or some type of parts store up there in Canada and ask them to run the codes for you. That will tell you which o2 sensor is bad

You can also get a code 11 if your crankshaft and/or camshaft sensors are going bad, or the wires/connectors to them have become cracked, or worn and are shorting.

Double check the wires on both of your O2 sensors before replacing either one too. I have seen several reports on this forum alone that have had wiring issues leading to running problems before.

K it was not 11 it was 12 code as i dug up my old thread here : https://dodgeforum.com/forum/1st-gen...-be-saved.html

When i do the key dance now it gives me no codes as the engine light is not on anymore.

So what am i looking at ? I was away for a month and a half and left car unplugged and it did hit like -20 or so in one of the weeks and am wondering if there could be something wrong with the fuel itself and the tank, i forgot to fill up the car to full before i left, so it was half full .

If i were to take it in to a shop what am I looking at for the cost for o2 sensor (maybe both could be replaced)

In this small town i doubt there is an Autozone but nice collection of neons you go there in the picture , neoncrazy . Want to buy mine ?
