Default Is this supposed to happen???

Alright, so I know this is possible on newer model cars where you can take the key out when it's turned to the on position but I didn't know I could to it on my car until today. So I thought it was pretty neat and all then I actually had the car running and the key still came out, and I didn't even know that was possible on any car. WTF???

I had that issue with my 95 Neon. It turned out to be that the ignition was warn by the key.

I have a Question maybe you can help me with. I have a 96 Neon now SOHC and i hear this

radle from the passanger side tire?? sound like a loose clamp sound. Any idea what it is.. And it

only happends with speeds of 40 mpg and slower when hitting bumps or small holes in blacktop.

You might have a lug loose, alinement might be off. Thats what I'm guessing, check that out then see about other things, warn ball joints etc...

HAHA yeah I figured that. I really don't feel like replacing anything right now either unless it's for performance lol. My key box, if that's what you want to call it, for my trunk hasn't worked for a long time got to replace that even though it's easy lol, my clutch just went, passenger side speaker blew, looking for two good after market ones, and now this lol. It's been a year and a half and nothing has gone wrong, knock on wood, until my clutch blew lol.

is there any difference in american and canadian clutches? because i am still using my original clutch with 187 500 miles or roughly 300 000 km and yes i do "abuse" my car quite regularly because i have blown 2 manual trannys, but still have the original clutch and pressure plate.

There are 2 different set-ups in our cars, the modular clutch set-up which is all one piece, it looks almost like a ATX torque converter and bolts up like one. Then there is the regualar set-up that has to be aligned and is separte pieces. I think that the stock clutch is better than the autozone one I have now, I went a year and a half on my stock clutch and it only blew cause I was racing with a clutch with 150,000 miles on it.
