Default Confused. Picture Identification

I just bought an old 95 neon that is lime green and its been acting really odd lately. The clutch is very hard when you press it in and when its pressed down the brakes become harder to push down as well. I dont know a lot about cars but I took it to my buddy and he took about a week to finally find out what the problem was. He says its the ABS controller, so I ordered a brand new 1995 dodge neon abs controller and its not the same part as what he says is messed up. He has no idea what the part is so I am at a loss now, I took some pictures of the parts and was wondering if someone could identify them and let me know where I may be able to find working parts?

That is the ABS Actuator assembly. Also listed as the ABS Hydraulic Unit. Found it at Rock Auto but its $420. I would go to the junkyard. Here is the link for Rock Auto:

Just eliminate the abs system all together, it never worked right in the 1g neons anyways. Take a manual brake master cylinder and swap it out with the abs master cylinder.
