Do you have both O2 sensors for the 1st gen SOHC?

Ok second annoying question, do you know if it is upstream or downstream. I have a PayPal account just need to know which other one I need to look into buying. My car is throwing 02 sensor code so want to replace both since I will be under there anyways.

This is the downstream O2 sensor pulled from my 96 ACR.
