Hi All... My 98 Neon Automatic SOHC needs a new ECU Are can i use any year from 95-99 for it... Also are there any AfterMarkets you can suggest.

I'm pretty positive they are all the same...and yes mopar makes an aftermarket ECU, I have it but I'd only suggest getting it if you decide to do some major mods.

 

I dont think the 95 and 96 ecu will work for it...I could be wrong tho.

 

'95 will not physically fit, '96 will not work (rad fan pinout location). Have to use one from an auto unless you hook up a way to activate torque converter lockup and/or run an external oil cooler. Mopar Performance PCM's do not support automatics. AFX does, but more expensive.
