i just bought a 1999 doge neon 2.0 dohc it will roll over but wont start have power to computer injectors ing.coil, crank sensor have fuel in tank andfuel pump works. i was told to check the asd relay all has power. timing belt is in tacked and rolls with the motor. if anybody has any ideas im willing to listen to you.

 

Have you checked fuel your fuel pressure? Should be 49 psi. What about spark plugs? Any codes?

 

i have 60 pounds fuel pressure,new plugs no codes

 

check for spark then at the plugs

 

Do the key dance and see if any codes pop up.

 

lined up timing marks yesterday tdc everything checks out there i have power at conector at ing, coil ill check for spark today. somebody told me to change crankshaft sensor im going to try that too today. thanks all for imput.

 

Dont change anything untill u know what u are missing by u changing stuff on the wim U add into the factor of human error and also cheap or damaged parts

 

im baffled whythis car dont start im in the process of tracing wires i been chasing this problem for 2 weeks now
