Steering wheel- need help!!

Default Steering wheel- need help!!
I have a 95 neon and I don't know how to adjust the steering wheel level. I'm not even sure if it is adjustable...but if it is, I could use some help if someone knows how to do it.

What exactly are you asking? does your car have tilt wheel steering?

I don't think you have a tilt wheel. I know I don't. They don't make them as far as I know.

It's actually a tilt column, and if you do have it, there will be a lever on the bottom left side of the column inder the trun signal lever.

i know that in canada they had a tilt wheel (column) in 96 for shure, friend of mine got a 96 neon last year and it blew my mind that it had tilt wheel when it had nothing else in the car except an auto tranny.

Thanks for the help. I don't think it has a tilt steering wheel although it looks like it should have it.

Guess they do come with tilt, didn't know that.

A pic would be wonderful if you don't mind. I've looked and I don't see a lever anywhere...but the column looks like it should be able to tilt up because there is space there for it to move.
