I'm new in this forum, and have recently been owner of an rather rare
Chrysler Neon CS 1999. It came standard with 1" lowered suspension, Eibach springs, 15" spesial design rims, dual stainless exhaust tips, dual stabilaiser bars, SOHC engine, ACR gearbox (3,94) leather interior, surfeboard wing, DOHC sport hood, fog lights.
I have "converted" it to E85.
Some mods: 55mm Mpx, Samco cai with K&N open filter.

Some speks:
0-100 km/h: 8,8 sek
1/4 mile: 15,9 sek on street tires. just 3 runs on my back

 

not bad. my sohc ran a 16 flat stock. 5 mods in and im down to a 15.7

jw how did you find this? and did you know ahead of time it was a european? most forign neon ive seen is from canada lol

 

Actually, this Neon wher prodused just one year. 98-99. One trim, one collor and one engine. It's made in Mexico, and are a clone of Neon R/T. We can call it an R/T LX, cause of leather interior and power windows.
Chrysler Neon is for Euro market only...

I will come up with some pictures of the engine bay soon. Have to clean it up. It's winter, and the highway to work it's quite messy right now
