did 2.4 swap and now it wont start i dont think its electrical ive replaced the cam and crank sensor engine wiring harness new fuel pump fuel pump primes when i turn the key but the asd is kicked in i tried to jump terminals 30 and 87 where the asd would bee and no luck.

codes are 42 and 31(i didnt use the resistor for the egr block off ) cranks but wont turn over compression is fine

 

i dont know if i used 2.0 or 2.4 cams any way to tell the difference

 

timing could be off..and if im not mistaken i believe the timing has to be retarded to work in a neon?
