How do i repair a dented rocker panel?
So i was going up the street and hit a patch of black ice, i hadent reokaced my tires yet and i lost control and the side of my neon hit a cemented in mailbox. Resulting in a nice big dent right under my door, its pretty severe and i want it fixed, im thinking i can just cut out the dented part and tac in some new metal, bondo over it, prime, paint, done. does anyone else know where i could maybe get a pre cut rocker panel from? getting the angle down from a metal sheet might be kind of tricky, ive attached some pics of the damage, (ill be replacing the door aswell)

Assuming that the amount of rust I see in some of the pictures has not totally eaten away the car's main support along with the floorboard that appears to also be rusted out, that, and the dented (and rusted) area is limited to that area of the rocker panel alone, then I suggest that you cut out the bad section, find a good section in a junk yard car (good luck with that in MI) to replace it with, and have it cut out and welded in its place. Then finish up with whatever bondo, undercoat, primer, rust proofer, paint, clear coat you need to put on the finishing touches.
If you are lucky, the same car you find with a good rocker section will still have the door too. Two for the price of one.
Dude, are you sure you even need to bother? It appears that the entire underside of your car is a giant rust bucket. Just the two pics alone reveal some major issues there! Fixing the dents in one spot while the rest of the car rusts in peace is kind of like putting on a rubber after sex is over - too late.
