Got a buddy with a 99 neon and he has a prob with the turn light indicators on the dash and outside. The switch will move up or down and stay there and the lights will flash for a few seconds then stop and the switch stays in position while no lights turn on (on the dash or outside). now i am wondering if it is a flasher problem or something else? if it is the flasher relay where would it be located?

 

Probably need a new turn signal switch. I do have one for sale on the cheap, if he's interested. $15 shipped.

 

Thanks for the help and suggestion bud, but i found the flasher after listenin around for it and it turned out to be under the steering wheel cover. Changed it out and it works perfectly. Just did it today, thanks again.
