Default grinding or bottoming out

Only happens on drivers side over dips and even hills at higher speed. Doesn't seem to do it on bumps until the tire gets over it and the weight comes down. Sounds like scraping, not clunking as I have read about in other threads.
I just replaced the struts and have noticed an improvement in the suspension but the scraping is still there. Control arm bushings are still intact, tie rod bushings are a little crackly but seem to be intact. Any ideas?

How are your brake pads? Are the tires the correct size?

Just replaced pads with ceramic on front and cleaned all 4 assemblies. Tires are too big on front, never noticed lol, I'll rotate them hopefully that will work. Seems like it would grind the other side too but who knows?

They will probably rub on the back as well.
