I recently picked up a 95 neon and it ran great but now randomly the car will not run WIDE OPEN, also it sometimes wont start on the first try.

I had a couple codes... EGR and a EVAP Solenoid, I replaced both from the dealer and I am still having this issue. There are NO codes and NO CEL.

Let me refase that...

It runs fine but if you mat the peddle it revs like it has 2step... And if your driving and mat the throttle it down shifts but does not speed up and again makes the noise as if its on Launch control
