Default Engine turns over but wont fire.

new here, but had the car since 1998, its a 2.0 dohc 4dr neon. 90,000 on the car and engine. Timing belt broke while driving on the interstate, 55mph or so. Replaced the timing belt, tensioner, idler pulleys, and water pump for safe keeping. Engine rotates but don't fire, i have spark, and fuel coming to the rail. Would i be safe in saying my valves are toast? Any ideas on what a ballpark price anyone has encounter on replacing such valves?

Your valves are toast. Have the compression checked. If the compression isn't good, it will keep your car from starting.
