Well I got a 98 with the sticker special edition under the mirrors on both doors. What makes this special?

4 door
2.0l dohc
foglights
sun roof
ac
front power windows

issue im having is the timing belt snapped and i bet the valves are bent! so do i junk the car or try and find another dohc engine or replace/rebuild the head??? Those are my options at this piont..

any help would be great.. New to the forum and trying to find answers..

 

Probably a dealer sticker to sell the car. Nothing special about it.

Look for a good quality, used head or have the head rebuilt. Used head would be cheaper.

 

I found a head off a 2.4 for $75 around here where I live but if you do get a 2.4 head change the magnet behind the can censor or it will be 180 out of time and won't run I've also been told to just put the 2.0 came back in because they are better came.
