Question Check Engine Light

I have a 1998 dodge neon sport with the DOHC motor in it. The check engine light is on for a third time in the past three month. The code is P0401 which is EGR flow insufficient. I changed the EGR valve, EGR Valve solenoid and the o2 sensors. What can be the cause for the light to be on with the same code. please help i am tired of looking at the check engine light.

Did you reset the PCM after installing new parts??

If that don't work then i would start checking hoses for a blockage.
