As it turns out #2 Cylinders spark plug tube was half full of oil!!!!!!!! I take it, it was grounding out the spark plug? Cleaned a 1/3rd of it out because I didn't have my socket & ratchet with me and motor ran excellent! Power was actually very very exceptional, hauls a TON of @$$ now. Neon is fun to drive again and no raw fuel smell anymore, will replace tube seals soon.
