My son just bought a 98 Neon Rt. Passenger side power window does not work from drivers side or passenger side control. Anybody know where the relay might be located? Thanks.

 

What relay? Time delay relay? Does it have keyless entry? I would start by pulling the panel and testing the motor and switch. Pink/Black and Orange/Black are the wires to the motor. Test for power/ground depending on which way your hitting the switch. Then try to inject power and ground to the motor then u know if its good. You could have a passenger or driver faulty window switch, or bad motor.
