Both the radio and dome light don't work on my 95 neon. Checked both fuses and wiring. Just can't find the problem. Could the headlight switch have anything to do with this ? Also the trunk light doesn't work either. Plus the backup lights are out too !

 

Check fuse 13 (10 amp under the hood). Thats the fuse that runs everything.
