I have a 1995 dodge neon. The other night my automatic car stalled on an onramp and slowed to a stop. It didn't make any noises, or overheat, or smells. When I tried to restart it, it just turns over, but never starts. It has a quarter tank of gas, and the oil was very low, but not empty.

 

Stark with the basics. Check fuel at the rail, spark, compression, timing, and injector pulse. Wouldn't hurt to key dance it and check for codes.
