cleaned the battery, replaced the battery (the original was old), changed the battery clamps. checked for spark(OK), checked compression (150 on each cylinder). Fuel pump turns on when key turns, checked fuel pressure on rail by pressing relief valve and fuel comes out but cant check pressure do to no fuel pressure tester.

This all started after I replaced the alternator. It ran ok for a bit the stopped. Then I got it started once since then. Now it only cranks once without starting.

 

forgot to mention that I checked the ignition wire that goes to the starter and commands the starter. Is the voltage suppose to be constant , pulse on and off, or just go on once and then off. my voltage is there for about a second and then turns off? Is this why the car only turns over once?
