i got these rims from a friend there 2003 mitsubishi eclipse gst rims 17 with like brand new tires. i tryed to put them on the car but they were like a millimeter from fitting on the car. is there any way i could get them on or should i just sell the rims.

 

Are you talking about that center hole being too small to fit over the neon's hub? You could take it to a machine shop and have that center bored out to 57.1mm, but that will probably cost you $40-50 per wheel, plus you have to remove and reinstall the tire. Frankly, I'd ditch the wheels... I had the same issue with a set of Miata wheels I picked up cheap, should have checked all the specs.
