Default Missfire Issues, Runs rough at Idle

Ok, I have a 99 R/T with mutiple missfire codes. #2,#3 cyclinder and random codes. I have Changed my spark plugs and wires. I have also tested the fuel injectors.Found that both #2 and #3 injectors were bad so I changed them.Did not fixed my rough idle or my trouble codes. You guys have any idea what else I should do?

Misfires on specific cylinders are usually ignition or timing related.

Have you checked to see if you get spark through all the way to the spark plug?

You may just need a new ignition coil.
