well I have been looking and all the turbo kits say 96 and up but I havent seemed to be able to find one for a 95. But I did find out that a 95 neon has cam overlap so the intake valves and exaust valves are open at the same time which might give a false reading to the O2 sensers. But if ANYONE WHO WOULD KNOW IF YOU CAN PUT ONE ON THERE OR NOT PLEASE HELP ME OUT.

 

All the turbo kits? The only 2 I'd trust are Hahn and Chill Factory, both of which have no problem on '95 SOHC's...
