i turned the car off and it never started again fixed a short in a yel/blk wire goes to the speed idle control im gettin a code 42 from key on off test when i hook up a scanner im only gettin high voltage in temp sensor but nothing else pcm?? my question is were can i order an afx or mopar performance pcm for a 1998 dodge neon dohc manual trans i have a 2.4 swap if that changes anything and can i use a pcm out of a auto trans car as long as its dohc? no junk yard in my area has a manual trans car

 

You might want to give your engine harness a good visual inspection. Also make sure your pcm is not bad. There is a vender.on big org that is making custom pcm for.neons. Very fair price too. Make sure the ground wires are attached and clean. Hit me up if you need more help.
