does anyone know what the tolerances are on the SOHC motor as far as the head and block is concerned im tryin to huntdown the info online but i cant seem to have any luck im tryin to find out if im goin tohave to resurface my head/block or if it is good enough to just slap the new headgasketon and rock on with the damn thing my head is approximately .03 out if imnot mistaken or .003 cant exactley rember with out goin back out to check and the block is even less than that im hopeing that the MLS gasket will be thick enough to make up the differance

 

I am not sure on the tolerances, but for the $50 or whatever to have the head surfaced, it is more than worth doing just in case.
