Hi.
Why is my sohc feel slower with my new 2.5" exhaust, than my old 2.25?
Is that too big for nearly stock head with crane 12?
The crane 12 is for allso for turbo. Maby a comp 200 would be a better cam for my head?

What condition is you engine in? Compression? Mileage? When was the last tune up?
You really do not need a 2.5 exhaust with your setup. It has been dyno proven that the 2.25" exhaust with stock dohc muffler is the better setup for an n/a neon. It does not become restrictive until you reach the 180+bhp, which you are no where near. Your sohc setup has become grossly unbalanced as it has more flow decreasing back pressure which has a direct effect on your low end power. If you just want to make noise, just put a muffler on the stock pipe.
