Alright, so I'm not very knowledgeable about cars. Let's get that out of the way right now. My main problem is, every time I turn on the heater or the A/C the fuse keeps blowing. I had a friend of mine who works on cars a lot take a look at the blower resistor, because I thought that might have been it. He said it was fine.

Any ideas at all as to why it would be doing that?

Also, it's a 1996 Neon.

 

Wired up anything fancy in your car lately? You are going to have to look at the wiring around the a/c condenser. See if there are any shorts/cuts/exposed areas in the wiring.
