Hi all i just wanted to let you all know the solution of this Neon.

Well we had ruffly 8-10 days of rain and some how it got into gas tank.

I put in 2 dry gas and changed plugs just incase and its working great.

I wanted to thank you all for suggestions and help i truly appreciate it.

Glad you got it figured out... Pretty sure the Ram forums would have had you changing out the O2 sensors and installing the mighty Typhoon air intake system (that isn't made for the 1st gen Neon...).
