I am trying to replace the coolant reservoir tank on my 1998 dodge neon, I removed the line from near the radiator cap and removed the tank, I cannot find a second line on the tank. Is there a second or is it just the single one on top, I could not find an OEM so I bought a universal tank will it be possible to use it?

 

Only one line going to the tank. There is a spout on the side of the tank which would be the overflow which would just dumps on the ground.

Go to a salvage yard. Amazon has the reservoir tanks for $18 and up. Or try rockauto.com
